The New Zealand gaming company Spiffbet AB has revealed its reason behind the possible acquisition of Maltese Gaming company Manisol – or more properly Manisol Gaming Ltd. The reason is that Spiffbet AB puts forward it in their so-called declaration of intent that they hope that the acquisition will be able to increase their gaming turnover in their online casino segment. It is estimated that it can amount to over 50% in increased game turnover if the acquisition is allowed to go through.

Worth remembering here is that Manisol Gaming Ltd conducts TurboVegas and Scandibet under the New Zealand bookmaker Bethard Group Limited in the New Zealand betting market, as well as many more under the same New Zealand aforementioned bookmaker. Spiffbet AB itself does not currently have a New Zealand gaming license from New Zealand's Official Gaming Authority – Spelinspektionen – but may acquire it in the future depending on how the acquisition goes.

The CEO – Henrik Svensson-at Spiffbet has commented on the case by saying that they look forward to being able to increase their profitability opportunities by getting through the acquisition of Manisol. The hope is that their intention to acquire will be approved by the necessary involved authorities in order to be able to close the deal as quickly as humanly possible.
